The Challenge
Medicare marketing often feels confusing, clinical, and transactional — especially for diverse senior audiences who want clarity, trust, and real support, not another wall of insurance language. Zing Health needed to stand apart in a crowded category and make its value feel more human, more local, and more immediately relevant.

We shifted the story from selling insurance to selling confidence, movement, and quality of life. The campaign positioned Zing Health as a vibrant Medicare partner built around real community needs, using high-energy video, hyper-local outdoor, direct-response print, digital, and social to move audiences from awareness to action.
The Solution
The creative system brought energy into a traditionally low-energy category. Messaging like “MesmeriZING” and “EnergiZING” gave the brand a memorable voice, while neighborhood-specific placements spoke directly to people in the communities Zing served. Benefit-driven calls to action highlighted practical support like transportation, prescription help, personalized coverage, vanity URLs, and phone-based enrollment pathways.
The Impact
The campaign reimagined Medicare as something more personal, active, and accessible — closing the gap between emotional connection and direct response. It helped make Zing Health feel visible in the community, easier to understand, and easier to act on.
