Home care agencies operate across a fragmented mix of scheduling, EVV, caregiver communication, payroll, invoicing, compliance, and reporting tools. That fragmentation creates friction for owners, office teams, caregivers, clients, and families — making it harder to see what is happening in real time, where revenue is at risk, and which operational issues need attention first.
The Approach
We shaped MedTech Care / CareSignal around an operations-first product strategy: connect the field, office, billing, and owner-level view into one clearer system. The goal was to move beyond a traditional healthcare software interface and create a role-based command center that could help users understand their day, surface priority issues, and support better decisions through AI-assisted workflows, cleaner UX, and practical business visibility.
