The Challenge
Kent Automotive had deep customer trust and a strong legacy in the automotive service space, but the brand needed a clearer, more modern story across dealerships, collision centers, service departments, and repair operations. The opportunity was to sharpen the message, unify the creative system, and make Kent’s value easier to understand across every customer touchpoint.

The Approach
We repositioned Kent around performance, reliability, and partnership — moving the brand beyond product supply and into the role of a strategic support partner for automotive professionals. The work focused on connecting campaigns, sales materials, website content, email, social, trade show experiences, and product storytelling into a more cohesive brand ecosystem.
The Solution
The creative platform brought forward themes such as “Accelerate Performance,” “We Keep You Running,” “Safe & Swift,” and “Winter Essentials for Any Season.” Campaigns highlighted EV safety, automotive tools, chemicals, collision repair solutions, dealership support, seasonal readiness, and technician protection. Each touchpoint was designed to help customers quickly understand how Kent supports safer shops, faster repairs, stronger operations, and better customer outcomes.
The Impact
The work helped Kent Automotive evolve from a product-first supplier story into a more complete brand narrative built around uptime, safety, expertise, and customer care. By tightening the voice, improving campaign consistency, and connecting creative execution to the customer journey, the brand became easier to sell, easier to understand, and more aligned with the real-world pressures of automotive service and repair.

In 2025, I helped bring Kent Automotive’s refreshed brand platform, “Accelerate Performance,” to life at the SEMA Expo in Las Vegas — positioning Kent as more than a supplier through a stronger story around innovation, reliable products, shop productivity, and long-term customer success.
